Steps to Return or Exchange Product

Inform us on the following details:

  • Your order / receipt number
  • Which items you would like to exchange or refund
  • Which new item you would like to exchange for
  1. Present us with a copy of your receipt or invoice 

Option 1: Ship your return or exchange item to our warehouse at  BROWNE UNITED CO., TLD. 642/13-16 Soi Suan Plu, South Sathorn Rd., Tungmahamek, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120 Thailand. We will contact you once we have received your items, and process the refund/exchange.

Option 2: Return/ or exchange the product by hand at our warehouse at BROWNE UNITED CO., TLD. 642/13-16 Soi Suan Plu, South Sathorn Rd., Tungmahamek, Sathorn, Bangkok 10120 Thailand. We will process the refund/exchange with you immediately.


Qualification of Return or Exchange items

You can return for full refund or exchange your item within 7 days of purchase, as long as the new item has the price tag attached and same product code as the original product you ordered

Customer is responsible for shipping cost for item return or exchange.

If you want to exchange for a different item, the price of both items must be the same as the price or higher at which you bought the original item. If you want to exchange for a higher priced item, you will have to pay the additional price difference.

If the item is out of stock in the size or colour you have opted for, then a refund will be processed instead.

If you want a different item-the item you want is sold under a different product code- then you'll need to return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order.

Products on sale and accessories (belts, card holders, wallets, passport holders, laptop bags, overnight bags) are not eligible for refund and exchange.



The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. You will receive an email confirmation of the return once it has been completed.

If we’ve refunded you for any items, the funds can take up to 14 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

  4. We also maintain a record of your purchases made on our Website to improve our site design and enhance your shopping experience.
